Founded by the renowned clinician and embryologist team, Dr Gautam Allahbadia and Goral Gandhi, The International School for Reproductive Medicine & Embryology (ISRME) imparts globally competitive ART training. Dr Gautam Allahbadia and Goral Gandhi have been leaders in the field of IVF and ART for over 25 years. They also have a rich experience in imparting education in IVF and have been organizing didactic lectures, training and hands on workshops on all aspects of IVF since the year 2000.
The team has been synonymous with quality and expertise in all aspects of infertility management and has trained many clinicians and scientists who are now established IVF practitioners and embryologists spread all across the globe.
ISRME is an initiative to pass on the entire skill set of setting up and running an IVF center as well as an ART bank to the trainee by ways of intensive hands-on training modules.

Goral Gandhi is a Clinical Embryologist with over 20 years of experience in the field of IVF and Assisted Reproductive Techniques. She is responsible for the design and establishment of many successful assisted conception laboratories in India and one in Ghana. She is constantly committed to maintain exceptional success rate at all these laboratories.
In her 22 years career, she has handled thousands of IVF and ICSI cases and has helped over 3500 couples complete their families. Goral has a rich experience in imparting education in IVF and has been organizing didactic lectures and hands on workshops on all aspects of IVF including IUI, ICSI, Vitrification, Trouble Shooting and Laboratory Management since the year 2000. She has trained over 350 embryologists from 13 countries.
She has set up very successful Fertility Preservation Programs at many laboratories and her current research projects are focused on the selection of the most viable and disease free embryo with the highest possible implantation potential through the use of PGD and PGS techniques.
She has edited a textbook on Vitrification. She has co-authored over 30 chapters in various medical textbooks and has several publications in national and international journals.You can read more about her work at www.goralgandhi.com
Dr Gautam Nand Allahbadia is a Consultant IVF & Medical Director of Medcare Fertility Centre, Jumeira, Dubai, UAE as well as Rotunda -The Center for Human Reproduction, the world-renowned infertility clinic at Bandra, Mumbai, India. He is a noted world authority on ultrasound-guided embryo transfers and one of the pioneers in Third Party Reproduction in Southeast Asia.
Dr. Allahbadia was responsible for India’s first trans-ethnic surrogate pregnancy involving a Chinese couple’s baby delivered by an unrelated Indian surrogate mother.
Gautam N Allahbadia, MD was the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Obstetrics & Gynecology of India as well as the IVF Lite (Journal of Minimal Stimulation IVF) (2013-2016).He cherishes over 150 peer-reviewed publications, 134 book chapters and 25 textbooks, the latest being a comprehensive text, entitled "Minimal Stimulation IVF", and is on the Editorial Board of several International Journals. Dr. Allahbadia was recently elected as the Vice President of the World Association of Reproductive Medicine (WARM), headquartered in Rome, and “Mumbai’s Top Doc” for 2012 by a peer nomination process.
